2. Data processed by the app
Lugga processes exclusively the following information:
- Address, username and password for the server you specify
- Your app settings and connection profiles
- Thumbnails and capture details of your photos from your own server, cached on your device
- Place names from your photo library, converted into map positions for the map view
3. Sharing with third parties
The following service providers process data on our behalf or under their own responsibility:
- Apple Inc. (Apple Maps) – Map display and conversion of place names into map positions
4. Analytics and tracking
Lugga contains no analytics or tracking libraries, no third-party crash reporting, no advertising networks and no cookies. No usage behaviour is recorded.
5. Legal basis
Your information is processed in order to perform the usage relationship and to provide the functionality you requested, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Retention and deletion
Your information remains stored until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Stored credentials can additionally be reviewed and removed at any time in your operating system's keychain.
Data stored with any of the named service providers is deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to apply or you request deletion. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
7. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). For any questions you can reach us at the address given above.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
8. App Store
The app is distributed via Apple's App Store. In doing so, Apple processes data under its own responsibility (for example regarding download and purchase), over which the provider has no influence. Apple's privacy policy applies in that respect.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy applies to Lugga in its respective current version. If functional changes affect data processing, it will be amended before the new version is published.
